If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email info@eazyaccess.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll refund or replace it — your choice.

As food items are perishable, we can't accept returns of opened products, in line with UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
